This means your liquid temperature is Not hot enough to begin heating.
How To Fix Issue:
Always start with a Hot Liquid from coffee maker or hot tea. See the user manual for details. Thermojoe is not designed to heat up a cold liquid.
The Power Supply (Battery) has a Flashing Red Light.
